Cancellation Policy:

We ask that any cancellation to your reservation be made no less than 48 hours prior via a confirmation email. For no shows or late cancellations, you will be subject to a fee of £20 per person which will be applied to your credit card.

Artwork Collection Policy:

Please note that artwork created at our studio will be held for collection for a maximum of 30 days from the date of creation. After this period, we may no longer be able to store the artwork due to space constraints, and we will not be able to provide refunds or re-dos for uncollected pieces.

Please be aware that we will not call or notify you to collect your artwork, so we kindly ask that you arrange collection within this time frame to avoid any inconvenience.

Late Arrival Policy:

No charge is applied if you are up to fifteen minutes late, the deposit will be refunded in full. If you are more than fifteen minutes late, the deposit will not be refunded and you will need to make a new reservation.

Studio Fee:

The first two hours of your session is free, after two hours (from the time you booked)，a small studio fee of £10 per hour is applied.
